dinkeroo uses an Elo-style rating (MMR). Every player's rating updates after each game based on who was expected to win and by how much, so beating tougher opponents moves your rating more than beating weaker ones. Matchmaking uses that rating to pair teams so both sides have a fair shot, not a blowout.
Every player climbs a 10-tier ladder grouped into three circuits (Rookie, Rising, and Contender), plus Ace, an open-ended top tier for the best players in the pilot. Your tier moves automatically as your MMR changes, so there's always a next rank to chase.
Yes. The core app is free for players: matchmaking, ranked progression, and booking open plays. Every competitive feature stays free for everyone, always.
